Zoysia grass fairways were aerated, cleaned and mowing was started. This process helps relieve compaction from cart traffic and creates channels for water intake. While this was going on, the putting greens were vented with needle tines. This process as explained in previous blogs helps plants breathe and take in water. Greens will be a little soft for the next few days.
